  3. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the fish till cooked. Remove and keep aside..

  5. Add in the ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute. Do not brown..
  6. Add in the tomato puree and the tomato sauce..
  7. Add in the salt and chilli powder and stir..
  8. Add in the cream and mix well..
  9. Add the fish and mix until they are well coated. Add in the garam masala..
  10. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat until you can see oil on the surface..
  11. Tomato fish is ready to serve..
