- Provide of Salt according to u.
- You need 1 tsp of Oil.
- Get 4 tbsp of gram flour.

- For dough----.
- Take a bowl add maida, carom seeds,salt oil and mix well add 1tbspn water and make lil bit tight dough....and cover with samp cloth....rest for 10 min..
- For filling----.
- Take a pan put 1tbsp oil and add green chilli, coriander, all masala, salt and besan mix it.....now add mashed potatoes and cook for 5 min..
- After 5 min.put aside.......now frm dough make small bolls and make oval shape and cut into strips and put filling on it and cover it.....and shape it like toffy and deep fry it..
