  4. Take a pan put 1tbsp oil and add green chilli, coriander, all masala, salt and besan mix it.....now add mashed potatoes and cook for 5 min..
  5. After 5 min.put aside.......now frm dough make small bolls and make oval shape and cut into strips and put filling on it and cover it.....and shape it like toffy and deep fry it..
