  1. Provide 100 gms of tofu (masala/plain).
  2. Take 1 tsp of salt.

  1. Boil tofu in a open pan for about 15-20 minutes on high flame. It will double it's size. Now let it cool down & crumble it well..
  2. Now add all the dried spices & chopped raisans. Mix well.
  3. Add finely chopped vegetables including onions, capsicum, beans, coriander leaves, mint leaves & ginger garlic paste. Now add curd & mix well..
  4. Take rusk in a mixer jar. Make powder & add it to the tofu. Rusk will give nice flavor & texture to the kebabs, it will also help in binding tofu kebabs..
  5. Now apply few drops of oil/ghee on your palm & give the tofu mixture shape of a kebab. I am making these kebabs in air fryer. To make it more healthy. Preheat your air fryer/oven on 200°c & cook the kebabs on 160°c for about 15-20 mins..
  6. You can also pan fry or shallow fry these on a regular pan on low medium flame on both the sides..
  7. Healthy & tasty tofu kebabs are ready. Serve it with any Chutney or dip of your choice..
