The ingredients needed to prepare Pepper tilapia fish:
- Get of Tilapia.
- Use of Seasoning.
- You need of Spices.
- Take of Spring onion.
- Prepare of Onion.
- Provide of Oil.
- Take of Scotch bonnet.
- Provide of Ginger and garlic paste.
Instructions to make Pepper tilapia fish:
- Wash the fish thoroughly,add spices,oil,ginger and garlic paste and seasoning marinate it both side.
- Cover it with cling film or any leather and marinate it for 2_4 hrs but I marinate my own for 36 hrs.
- Fry it on medium heat.
- Pour the oil in a bowl and sieve it back to the pan or you can use another pan,add spring onion to the oil and saute for 3_4 min,add slice onion,ginger and garlic paste and saute.
- Add scotch bonnet and keep stirring for 4_5 min add seasoning and spices.
- After every thing is well combined,adda little water stir and add the fish.
- Let the fish soak all the water...
