- When ginger garlic paste is cooked add carrot,capsicum,tomato chopped.Sort till their raw taste is gone..
- To this add eggs and mix and cook well.To this add garam masala,pepper powder and salt..
- For making samosa,take dough and mix again.Then take dough little more than lemon size and make round shape using roller.Divide to two parts..
- Take a part,make lines with knife at one side.Keep filling in centre and roll samosa.Press two sides so that filling does not come out..
- Fry samosa in medium oil.
- Serve hot with chutney ketchup..
