- Prepare 2 of tilapia.
- Get 1 of salt.
- Prepare 1 of pepper.
- Prepare 1 of Weber zesty lemon seasoning.
- You need 1 of extra light olive oil.

- Lay out a good size sheet of aluminum foil, pour 2 table spoons of extra light olive oil on to it where u you will lay your tilapia, lay your tilapia on top of it and then flip them over to cover them lightly with the oil u do not have to rub them , then sprinkle some salt and pepper , and the weber zesty lemon seasoning on them ( I did it lightly cause you will be doing it on both sides and u gonna want to taste the tilapia ) . Then take the end and bring it up your want to make a sealed pocket . Once u finished you gonna want to be able to pick up on the long ways little bite to make a good pocket for them ...
